Sneha Krishna

Sneha Krishna is a movement educator and fascia-informed practitioner based in Bangalore, India, with over 18 years of experience in the field. With a Masters Degree in Biochemistry, her work bridges foundational science and applied movement practice, integrating clinical reasoning with embodied exploration.

She is the founder of Transcendfit, where she integrates manual therapy, Pilates and fascia-focused education. Sneha has presented at the Fascia Research Congress, the British Fascia Symposium & the World Fascia Congress, contributing to the evolving conversation on the micro and macro mechanics of connective tissue behaviour and its relevance to movement and rehabilitation.

As Chair of the Communications Committee for the Fascia Research Society, Sneha is committed to fostering clear, accessible exchange between researchers, clinicians and movement professionals, supporting thoughtful dissemination of fascia science across disciplines.
